Bo Bice

American Idol runner-up Bo Bice has opened up about the birth of his second son, Caleb James, on August 5th 2008. "It's a really awesome experience having a child," the 33-year-old singer says of the 7 lb. 15 oz. infant delivered by wife Caroline, 27. He feels that with his career and his family life he has been blessed and this is why he is so thankful.

Caleb James, born at Nashville's Centennial hospital at 3:32 p.m. joins 2-year-old brother Aidan. Bice said, "With Aidan, it was all new and very unexpected, uncharted waters. But with Caleb, we are very excited about him coming and are prepared for the usual baby things that happen."

Bice's latest album, See the Light, is available now and is a major hit with fans worldwide. Bo has really made a name for himself with his rocker style and his soulful voice. Bo is always thanking God for his good fortune, as well as the life he has. Bo is a very giving person and has even given his home to a family who lost everything they owned in Katrina.

He said he had no use for it since he bought his new home so he decided to give it to people who really need it. Since finishing second on 'Idol,' Bo has released two albums, 'The Real Thing' and 'See the Light.' He kept a close race with eventual winner Carrie Underwood on American Idol but for his fans, Bo’s talent and grace on and off the stage make him a true champion.
